Merrithew was founded in 1988, with the goal of developing high integrity physical education programmes, equipment and services to help fitness professionals and enthusiasts realise their potential. Its philosophy is that effective, responsible and mindful exercise is the foundation for a better life and should be accessible regardless of age, fitness level or ability.
