The Mizuno Wave Daichi 8 women's running shoes are ideal for light to medium weight runners. They are suitable for both dry and muddy terrain, such as dirt roads, forest tracks, loose stones and even rock on not very rough roads. These shoes have features such as a durable and breathable upper, a lace storage pocket, a strap for attaching and adjusting the laces, a higher profile sole for increased cushioning and made of innovative Mizuno Enerzy material, a 4mm Vibram outsole with lugs for excellent performance on slopes and flexibility in the midfoot area, an anti-rock plate in the forefoot, and a vegan composition with no animal-derived materials.

Vibram is a brand known for its innovative footwear design and amazing soles. The double density polyurethane outsole gives the shoes their lightweight and resistance. Comfortable and lightweight soles that are composed of a compact polyurethane outsole that allows for good grip on uneven terrain, a lugged design to automatically evacuate mud from muddy terrain, and an inner sole of expanded polyurethane, which cushions the impacts of the tread, avoiding injuries to knees, ankles and hips. They are very comfortable and flexible soles that adapt perfectly to the walking process of the foot.
