The Mizuno Wave Rider 28 shoes experience high power energy every time your foot touches the ground. The new Mizuno ENERZY NXT in the heel provides incredible energy return and a smooth landing platform. The Mizuno ENERZY FOAM on the top provides additional energy return, while the MIZUNO WAVE PLATE promotes forward propulsion and a smooth transition while running.
