With this in mind, Nandu Jubany, the prestigious Michelin-starred chef, prepared to compete in the Dakar 2017 in the best way: by creating his own brand of sports nutrition products where gastronomy, the gourmet origin of the ingredients and the search for a five-star taste are essential. Jubany teamed up with Ivo Gasulla and Albert Castellón, successful professionals from the world of mass consumption and marketing, to consolidate the project and take it further, crossing all borders.
