The Autark 600 of Finnlo is a guided loading machine and is equipped with cables and pulleys, which allows, on the one hand, to perform the set of training movements in complete safety and, on the other hand, to reduce the weight of the column of load with which he works, becoming a complete training gym.
With the multi-station Autark 600 you can perform muscle strength and volume development exercises on the abdomen, biceps and quadriceps. With weights up to 80 kg, distributed in 16 x 5 kg, to adapt to the needs of each user and with a maximum weight of 80 kg. In it you can perform an infinity of exercises: butterfly, shooting, rowing, arm and leg muscle, abdominal, arm stretches, both sitting on the bench and standing.
