RECOMMENDED USE
- Suggestion for use:: Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 - 750 ml of water
General hydration for activities> 60 minutes:
- Drink approx. 200 - 300 ml in the hour before practicing sports
- Drink 150 - 200 ml every 15 minutes while doing sports
- Max. 4 tablets (flavors without caffeine) and 1-2 tablets (flavors with caffeine) per day
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, this food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet
- Keep out of the reach of children
- For flavors with caffeine: it contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women
