NamedSport Hydrafit Hydra2Pro 400g Shake + Shaker
The NamedSport shake Hydrafit Hydra2Pro 400 g contains a mixture of carbohydrates, mineral salts and 9 vitamins, designed for the preparation of a hypotonic electrolyte solution (osmolarity 190 mOsm / l), useful to compensate for hydrosaline losses due to profuse sweating during intense physical activity.

- Directions for use: Dilute 20g of product, i.e. a dose corresponding to two level tablespoons, in approximately 500 ml of water. Preferably, take 50 to 100 ml at regular intervals (approximately every 15 to 20 minutes). The recommended intake is 3 doses per day, or 60g of total product
