Consumption is recommended:
- One hour before the effort together with carbohydrates
- Immediately after training, within 30 minutes after finishing the exercise to promote recovery
- On an empty stomach, before going to bed, to stimulate the secretion of GH
- How to use: A daily intake of 5 g (1 level spoonful) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid is recommended
