The iFit Family subscription offers you a library of workouts updated monthly with over 1000 programs available. An interactive and personalised coaching is offered to you by professional coaches who control and adjust your speed and inclination. The EKG system is designed to indicate your heart rate thanks to sensors located on the handlebars. For greater accuracy, use the chest strap included with your kit. Regulate your body temperature thanks to the fan that adjusts its intensity according to the speed of your workout. You can also change the fan intensity manually.
