The Nutrinovex Longovit 360 PRO Energy Gel 45 g (24 units) is an energy gel specifically formulated for long distances or activities exceeding 90 minutes. The gel's formulation goes much further, including Sodium, amino acids, Vitamin C, and Thiamine. Additionally, the formulation has a "little secret": Harpagophytum extract, which acts as a natural anti-inflammatory.

Instructions for use:
- The optimal time to consume Longovit 360 is during physical activity and at intervals of 30 to 60 minutes depending on the recommended carbohydrate intake for the total duration of the activity
