However correctly balance the nutrients we need at each moment is often complicated. For this reason NutriSport has formulated 8AM, with the necessary nutrients to cover the needs of one of the most important meals of the day and receive less attention: breakfast.
The first meal of the day is essential in any diet in both athletes and sedentary people, because we must activate the metabolism and prepare it for the day that awaits us. In addition, we left a period of prolonged fasting (night sleep) so it is necessary to provide quality nutrients to the body.
Obviously in the case of a sports person will be even more important this first meal of the day, because we must activate the energy mechanisms of our body and provide protein to the muscle mass to avoid entering catabolism.
Description of the protein content:
- Protein: with 45% protein, 8AM provides 24 g of protein per dose, of which 12 g comes from Whey protein to ensure a rapid release of amino acids in blood (necessary after the overnight fast) and 12 g of miscelar casein that will ensure a sustained release of amino acids after breakfast.
- Carbohydrates: 8AM provides carbohydrates from "oat flakes" and isomaltulose (Patatinose), a combination that ensures a sustained energy intake avoiding blood sugar spikes and providing long-term energy? continued as to develop our daily activity.
- Vitamins: 8AM provides a vitamin complex that includes water-soluble vitamins (C and group B) and liposoluble (A, E), essential for its antioxidant activity in the body and for its participation in energy mechanisms as well as in the assimilation of nutrients.

How to use:
Prepare 8AM with skimmed milk and increase the protein intake of breakfast. If you need a higher caloric intake, you can mix 8AM with MegaPower.
