The Body Mass formula contains a multivitamin complex that includes B vitamins and vitamins A, C, D and E. It has many functions, including playing an important role in energy metabolism processes and the absorption of nutrients, and it has anti-oxidant properties. Body Mass builds on the EnzyMax formula, a multi-enzyme complex, which optimises the digestion and absorption of nutrients. Body Mass has the necessary ingredients in the right amounts to meet an athlete's nutritional needs and help them to more easily achieve their goals.

- How to use: Dissolve a dose (30 g) in 175-200 ml of water or milk. Vigorously shake in a container.
