Calcium plays a very important role in the blood coagulation process. It's also an essential mineral for muscle contraction and relaxation mechanisms to function correctly. Calcium also plays an important role in nerve transmission and iron absorption. Finally, it's important in the synthesis of certain hormones.
Phosphorus is important for the body's energy metabolism through its role in ATP and Phosphocreatine molecules (which are the energy base of the body's cells, especially during exercise). Phosphorus is also involved in the formation of cell membranes through phospholipids and has an important enzymatic role in phosphatase-type enzymes.
Calcium and phosphorus are closely linked together. Both minerals need vitamin D to optimize their absorption in the body, so an excess of one will consume vitamin D, directly affecting the absorption of the other. With Calcium Capsule you'll be able to provide your body with the ideal ratio of calcium and phosphorus to compensate for a lack of calcium and, together with added vitamin D, improve the absorption of both minerals.
Exclusively derived from milk, the calcium and phosphorus contained in Calcium Capsules are minerals with high bioavailability and easy absorption.

- Ingredients: Dextrose, Natural Milk Minerals Concentrate (37%), Sweeteners (Sorbitol, Aspartame, Acesulfame K), Fat-free Cocoa Solids, Flavourings, Anti-adherent (Magnesium Stearate), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D). It contains a source of phenylalanine.
- How to use: Take 3 capsules per day.
- Recommended Dosage: 3 tablets contain 400 mg of Calcium and 186 mg of Phosphorus.
