Nutrisport MINERAL Caps with Sodium Potassium and Magnesium
MINERALcaps is by no means a substitute for the essential isotonic drink, but complements the athlete's electrolyte needs. However, in those athletes who practice aerobic exercise in order to burn calories and do not want to incorporate a drink containing electrolytes containing calories (carbohydrates) into the drum, MINERAL caps can be a great alternative that allows them to recover lost electrolytes without needing of that unwanted caloric intake (in this case it would be essential to maintain a good hydration with water during the whole exercise).
How to use:
During the exercise: make shots of 2 capsules followed by a water intake every 90min. In the case of not supplementing with isotonic drink should be taken every 60 minutes.
Before the exercise: perform between one and two shots the 3 days before a long distance physical activity.
