MgSPORT is not only ideal for carb-loading in the days before long distance competitions, but also as a sporadic contribution for intense aerobic activity and as a muscle relaxant for those days of greater physical load in which muscle exhaustion and possible night cramps prevent you from being able to fall asleep and rest properly.
How to use:
· Sporadic supplementation: take 1 dose before and/or during exercise to prevent cramps.
· Preparation of long distance competitions: take 1 unit dose every day during the 5 days prior to a long-distance competition. During competition, take between 1 and 3 doses depending on physical exhaustion levels and sweating.
· Muscle relaxant: for days of high physical strain, take a single dose before sleeping.
Dosage: 250 mg of Magnesium per single dose

Payment method: You can pay by card, paypal or bank transfer. If you choose the last option, you will receive an email with our bank details for you to make the payment. When we have proof of the payment, we will take care of changing the status of your order and start to prepare your items for delivery.
Delivery costs: The majority of our orders come with free delivery. Purchases over 49 euros in Spain have free delivery excluding products such as dumbbells, weights, MTB, BMX, urban, road and electric bikes. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
