One Meal provides:
- Dairy proteins: high biological value protein that ensures a positive protein balance. It stands out for its high contribution of BCAAs (Branched Amino Acids), very abundant in muscle tissues.
- Carbohydrates: essential to meet the energy demand of the metabolism and ensure that we provide the body with daily caloric needs.
- L-Arginine: one of the most important amino acids for those athletes who follow hyperproteic diets combined with hypertrophy training. Participates in detoxification processes and muscle recovery.
- L-Leucine: besides being part of the group of Branched Amino Acids (BCAA) very abundant in the muscular tissues, it constitutes one of the essential pieces in the beginning of the protein synthesis.
- L-Glutamine: amino acid that promotes muscle recovery and prevents catabolism. It also promotes the regeneration of muscle glycogen.

Payment method: You can pay by card, paypal or bank transfer. If you choose the last option, you will receive an email with our bank details for you to make the payment. When we have proof of the payment, we will take care of changing the status of your order and start to prepare your items for delivery.
Delivery costs: The majority of our orders come with free delivery. Purchases over 49 euros in Spain have free delivery excluding products such as dumbbells, weights, MTB, BMX, urban, road and electric bikes. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Returns: We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase, you have up to 365 days to return it. You can manage this from the "My account" section and request a refund. For safety and/or hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been switched on and/or activated, food and nutrition products, reusable masks and climbing equipment.
