- Usage: Take 1 capsule per day, between 30 and 60 minutes before going to sleep. To relieve jet lag, it should be taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after you arrive. You can get enough benefits with a dose of 0.5 mg of melatonin. Delivery costs: The majority of our orders come with free delivery. Purchases over 49 euros in Spain have free delivery excluding products such as dumbbells, weights, MTB, BMX, urban, road and electric bikes. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

For safety and/or hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been switched on and/or activated, food and nutrition products, reusable masks and climbing equipment.
