How to use: take 1 gel before training (maximum 1 gel per day)
Quantity per dose (1x30 ml gel):
- Short chain and long chain carbohydrates (6.5 g)
It provides the right amount of short-chain and long-chain carbohydrates to ensure a controlled energy intake without causing unwanted spikes in blood sugar (and therefore insulin), responsible for the dreaded slump and the transformation of sugars into fat. Due to its low hydrate content, it is ideal for people following weight control diets.
- L-Arginine (500mg)
Amino acid that intervenes in the athletes performance due to its double effect: favours the elimination of toxins generated during exercise (mainly ammonium) and stimulates the release of Nitric Oxide (the gas responsible for vasodilation) allowing a greater flow of nutrients and oxygen to muscles.
- Taurine (1000 mg)
Amino acid very abundant in muscle tissue that plays an important role in the performance of the athlete. Stimulates the absorption of nutrients and improves performance thanks to its intervention in the neurotransmitter system. Improves muscle response and, therefore, performance.
- Guarana (625 mg)
Guarana extract increases the bodys energy levels and improves the functioning of the cardiovascular system. Thanks to its caffeine content it also has a stimulating effect that delays fatigue in the athlete and prolongs the resistance to physical activity.
- Ginseng (200 mg)
Natural extract that has tonic-revitalizing properties. Thanks to its stimulating effect on the Central Nervous System, it increases the capacity of concentration, the capacity of muscular response and, therefore, the performance of the athlete.
- Caffeine (37.5 mg)
Caffeine is a psychoactive substance that acts on the nervous system restoring the alert levels of the organism thanks to its stimulating effect. Its ergogenic power in the athlete is scientifically proven, stimulating the processes of obtaining energy, increasing lipolysis and increasing resistance to fatigue. The total caffeine content is 100 mg.
- Vitamin C (60 mg)
Water-soluble vitamin that stands out for its antioxidant power and for intervening in the processes of collagen formation, the main constituent of cartilage and bones. Combined with vitamin E, its antioxidant activity is enhanced. The 60 mg corresponds to the recommended daily amount.
