Protein Isolate (14.8 g):
Protein is the basic nutrient for muscle recovery. Of all possible sources, 'protein isolate' provides a rich source of branched amino acids and excellent bioavailability. It is easily absorbed and speeds up recovery.

Carbohydrates (20.0 g)
Combination of short- and long-chain carbohydrates to ensure the most efficient replenishment of glycogen stores. Carbohydrates are the body's energy base, so it will be essential to recover the energy levels consumed by training and/or competition in order to maintain the intensity of training day after day.

L-Glutamine (1.0 g):
L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue, hence its importance in the processes of muscle regeneration. In addition, it promotes the replenishment of muscle glycogen, increases cell hydration and prevents catabolism.

BCAAs (1.0 g):
The Branched Amino Acids (BCAAs) are 3 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine) and play an important role in the processes of muscle recovery. They stimulate the synthesis of muscle proteins allowing an optimal recovery and also have an anti-catabolic effect.

Taurine (500 mg):
