NutriSport Taurine Energy Gel Lemon Flavour (24 Units)
NutriSport Taurina Energy Gel is designed to improve performance and reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also provides 22g of gel carbohydrates, made from a combination of maltodextrin and fructose in a ratio of 2:1, it's ideal for maximizes carbohydrate absorption and reduce gastrointestinal problems.
It includes BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine y L-Valine) to contribute to muscle recovery and fatigue delay during prolonged exercise; and Taurine, an amino acid that improves blood flow and performance in resistance exercise.
It also contains 50 mg of Sodium, a mineral of the utmost importance when it comes to maintaining the hydro-electrolyte balance, preventing hyponatraemia (low concentrations of blood sodium); Vitamin C for its antioxidant properties; and B group vitamins for the diverse processes to obtain energy.
