The women's Ortovox Col Becchei jacket is practical and sustainable. Thanks to the use of selected materials and its athletic fit, the Col Becchei jacket, an ISPO Award winner, is ideal for demanding Alpine ski trips. As main materials, merino wool and protective polyamide have been used respectively for the interior and exterior. Inserts made from high-performance SCHOELLER mesh offer protection against the elements and are extremely breathable, since the intelligent C_CHANGE membrane opens its polymer structure when the body overheats and closes it when it cools down. Air pockets in the fabric also provide optimum insulation against the cold. All materials PFC-free.

This crosscountry skiing jacket has an athletic fit and provides unbelievable freedom of movement, thanks to the use of highly elastic materials. A tight-fitted hood protects the head against the cold and fits easily under a helmet for Alpine activities. Ventilation zippers under the arms ensure additional cooling during the ascent, while elasticated sleeve cuffs keep out drafts and snow. The pockets are backpack-optimised to ensure easy access at all times.

- Ortovox merino wool (OWP):
Merino wool that comes from selected farms that meet the wool standard. Obtained from verified and ethical sheep farms. These farms are regularly monitored within the framework of the OWP. The wool is naturally 100% ecological and therefore highly sustainable. Thanks to the small-diameter fibres in its fine woollen threads, merino wool feels extremely soft and comfortable on the skin. In addition to comfort, merino wool also provides an ideal personal body climate by regulating both moisture and temperature. It is also easy to care for and, thanks to its antibacterial effect, odour neutralizing.

- SCHOELLER C-CHANGE Membrane:
This active membrane is not only windproof and waterproof, but also 'smart.' Like how a pineapple opens up when it is hot outside and closes when there is a reduction in temperature, the membrane also immediately responds to the build-up of sweat by controlling humidity levels and temperature in a special way. This means that the molecular structure of the membrane can adapt to different temperatures. If the body overheats, the structure of the polymer opens up in order to regulate temperature and the production of sweat. If it is cold, the structure of the polymer closes. This mechanism gives rise to insulation properties that directly adapt to the wearer's body temperature and the ambient temperature.

- Merino NTURETEC LIGHT The merino wool is knitted directly, along with the Schoeller material, to create the ORTOVOC NATURETEX LIGHT fabric. This combination of merino wool and hard-wearing polyamide is extremely robust and elastic, making it ideal for high-action sports. The merino wool on the skin provides great comfort and ensures an ideal personal microclimate, while the polyamide provides protection against the wind and light rain.
