Osprey bluesign

Osprey was born in California in 1974 with the aim of manufacturing high-level backpacks for demanding professionals. Since the beginning, Osprey has used new materials in its products, such as breathable mesh fabric, which improve the quality and technical levels of the market. In 1986 Osprey entered the specialised market and since then it has been present in oudoor accessories stores all over the world. Currently, their designs come from the workshop that Osprey has in California, where the founder and designer Mike Pfotenhauer introduces day after day improvements to facilitate the movements of the athlete.

Since the beginning of the century, Osprey has received numerous awards and recognitions from critics, such as the Gear of the Year Awards, given by Outside magazine. Many of his recognitions are due to the specific design of their products, from the mountain backpacks to the packs designed for running and cycling.
