It provides warmth without taking up too much bulk and, therefore, without generating extra weight for the user. This feature is added to the compression capacity of this insulator so that it can be easily folded and transported when you don't need to wear it. It is a waterproof insulator with the ability to absorb water to keep your insides dry, a feature that is further enhanced by its good breathability and moisture management. PrimaLoft Silver is soft to the touch to avoid discomfort.
