I have always used Aku boots but these are Aku trekking shoe, very comfortable and look great

I love Merrell for their low terrain walking shoes, come rain shine or snow you can always rely on style comfort, grip to most surfaces and durability. I have given 4 stars but hesitated at 5 as I have noticed in this pair less leather on the outside, but still the design gives good quality Gore-Tex to keep your feet dry. After 1st wear felt like my trusty comfortable old pair. Would highly recommend for daily walkers who clock up the miles :-)

Excellent quality slim fit.

Take a size or 1/2 size larger as you would normally do with sneakers. Great shoes, but a bit tight in the beginning.

Did a lot of research and product came out well in independent reviews. One of the most comfortable shoes I have owned and delivery from Deport Village was very good. Need to be careful on sizes which are a little on the narrow side. I work as a caretaker and wear theses shoes every day walking about 60 miles a week. Shoes have initialled performed well, waterproofing is good and comfort is brilliant and I like the quick lace system as it is easy to put shoes off and on. Have now had these for 3 months and they are starting to deteriorate rapidly, upper materials have started to split with wear and compound sole is peeling away from the upper. They will not last another month and for the price this is very disappointing, whilst they have done a lot of miles this has not been on challenging terrain. I have tried numerous makes and still have not found anything which lasts more than A few months, unfortunately most reviews are written strait away rather than after a decent test. If you want a very comfortable shoe for light use you will find this ok but if you want something durable and hardworking avoid this shoe

Quality & Comfort

Very pleased with these shoes, very solid and supportive. Having had Merrels in the past I moved on to Scarpa which were much better, I find these Asolo shoes a level up from Scarpa and they are true to uk size. Overall first class, can’t say more than that.

I bought the Adidas Swift Solo from Deporvillage for about £10 less than at other retailers. Fast delivery, sizing was on point and I'm really pleased with my purchase. These trainers are really well made, comfy and I think, look like Approach Shoes should, with the rubber protection over the toes, wide laces and semi water resistant upper. Thanks again.
