H2No Performance Standard is Patagonia's benchmark for waterproofing, breathability and durability, guaranteeing a high level of long-term performance. 2-Layer H2No Performance Standard fabrics use a taffeta or mesh lining instead of a bonded canvas to protect the waterproof/breathable barrier. The lining increases the absorbency, durability and comfort of the garment. They are also coated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) fabric finish that repels rain and snow. The H2No performance standard for waterproof garments is between 20,000 MM and 10,000 MM.
