Fabric treated with a durable water repellent finish repels soft rain and snow while reducing its drying time. When used with a waterproof and breathable top layer, the DWR helps that layer not saturate. Patagonia researches and develops new DWR chemistries to achieve high durability and performance causing less environmental impact.

It is the reference isolation of the market. It has a great warmth-weight ratio without weighing much and, in addition, it is a waterproof filler. It has a great perspiration that gives way to moisture avoiding cold and sweat. It compresses easily in tight spaces and is easy to transport. It stands out for its unparalleled softness of pleasant touch and good figure. In the case of Gold Eco, it is manufactured with 55% recycled material to preserve the environment.
