Naturally, PowerBar Recovery 2.0 does not contain stabilisers, thickeners or preservatives. Prepared according to results of the latest studies in sports nutrition. High quality whey protein. Preparation:
After moderate or intense exercise: According to recent sports nutrition studies, mix 2 portions = 88 g (approx. 6 dosing spoons) with 250 ml of water immediately after exercise. After a gentle workout: mix 1 serving = 44 g (approx. 3 dosing spoons) with 125 ml of water immediately after exercise. As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. 1- 2 servings a day after training.
