- How to use: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 250 ml of hot water or warm skim milk. Mix well with a spoon until you get a creamy consistency. The amounts of the mixture can be varied depending on your taste. It can be sweetened with honey and can also be accompanied with nuts and / or fruits
