The Crown Sport Nutrition Recovery+ 3:1 50g red berry flavour recovery drink is an energy and muscle recovery product with a 3:1 ratio of different carbohydrates and whey protein isolate. With an added dose of leucine, glutamine, vitamins, and minerals. It is a high-quality muscle recovery product that provides all the necessary nutrients to optimise recovery in sports that require strength and endurance.
