Ridley X-Night SL Disc Shimano GRX 800 2022 Cyclocross Bike Red
It is a pure cyclocross racing bike. It is an extremely lightweight and super-aggressive off-road machine, ready to be taken to the top of any cyclo-cross podium and straight into the world championships. This was demonstrated by the members of the Pauwels Sauzen-Bingoal. Designed for the highest competition down to the smallest detail. Its geometry has been refined over many years in cooperation with multiple World Cyclocross Champions (15 world titles) and offers aggressive and rapid reactions on technical terrains. Read your body's movements to work together as if it were your perfect companion. This provides an additional level of confidence throughout the piste. The reactions of this bicycle clearly differentiate it from gravel bicycles.
There's plenty of room in the front triangle to load the bike. The flattened bottom side of the top tube allows for greater comfort when tackling those endless mud-filled sections. Internal cable routing keeps cables tidy and out of the way when getting on and off the bike. There is also a space seal for mechanical cable routing. Thanks to Ridley's patented F-Steerer technology, all cables are integrated into the frame to make it easier to carry over the shoulder and prevent mud and dirt from accumulating around the cable inserts. Equipped with disc brakes, it is the perfect bike for not only cyclo-cross racing but also for the worst winter weather conditions.
Technology:
- F-Steerer: ingeniously allows for completely internal wiring. The cables run directly from the handlebar, through the stem and directly into the head tube where they have room to move freely while the bar is turned from left to right.
- X-Night Frame: The frame is designed for high competition, down to the smallest detail. Its geometry is aggressive for a quick reaction through the technical terrain. Read your body movements to work with you as the perfect team mate.
