The Roeckl Villach 2 GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ gloves for cycling on very cold winter days with Cross Core technology with aerogels. Aerogels come from the aerospace industry and are very porous structures with a very low density. They consist of more than 95 percent air and are among the lightest solids in the world; for gloves, this means an extremely good ratio of (low) volume to (low) weight and (high) thermal output. In addition, the elastic, breathable ROECK-GRIP synthetic chamois with ergonomic cut ensures a non-slip, highly tactile yet comfortable grip on the handlebars and relieves sensitive thumb flexion with its seamless padding. On the back of the hand, the windproof GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ Windstopper keeps the air flow cool, an elastic strap secures the Villach to the wrist, and a knitted cuff surrounds the sensitive pulse area so that heat remains reliably in the glove.
