Running Shoes
Do you want to know more about running shoes?
Running shoes should provide optimal cushioning. Depending on our weight and the distance we run, we must choose a shoe with more or less cushioning.
We recommend running on roads for expert runners and for speed training. For those prone to injury, we do not recommend neither long nor very repetitive sessions on road. However, we must get used to the impact on road as not everyone has the chance to run on tracks or forest trails and also, most races are still done on road even though the number of trail races is clearly rising.
Trail running shoes usually offer less cushioning than those for road as this is not so necessary when running on a soft surface. The outsole is also characteristic of these shoes to provide maximum traction on gravel roads, mud, etc ...
The most advisable option is to run on forest tracks, since this type of surface absorbs impact much better. But on the other hand we must be very aware of where we put our foot down because the surface is uneven and there may be stones or roots that can cause twists or stumbles.
