The Pomoca sole for speed hiking has been developed through a biochemical study to follow the S Path and guide the foot bearing to achieve the most natural movement. It is designed to encourage natural rolling and superior traction, and the aggressive tread blocks, grooves and structures offer great performance in a wide variety of terrains and weather conditions. Salewa's distinctive 3F System connects the instep area to the sole and heel to ensure flexibility, ankle support and a secure fit. An OrthoLite cushioning sole removes moisture, which helps keep the foot at an optimal temperature and prevents it from getting cold or wet when it gets colder.

The S Path Sole is designed to maintain the pressure focus of the foot on the ground and support the natural development of the foot. A special S-shaped tread pattern ensures a continuous flow and reduces deformation energy.
- OrthoLite
OrthoLite sockliners offer excellent cushioning thanks to their triple layer compressed layer construction that improve the way your feet fit the shoes. They are highly breathable, being made of polyurethane and manage moisture perfectly. Plus, they are lightweight and can be machine washed.
- GORE-TEX
Garments made with GORE-TEX fabrics offer long-lasting waterproof and windproof protection and optimal breathability. They are resistant products that maximise the protection and user comfort. Available in 2 and 3 layer versions. The 2-layer structure used in GORE-TEX products is ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities. A GORE-TEX membrane attaches to the outer material and is protected on the inside by an additional lining. This separate lining guarantees greater comfort and a more versatile use. The GORE-TEX 3-layer products are versatile, comfortable and extremely soft. A GORE-TEX membrane attaches directly to the outer fabric and to the inside lining. GORE-TEX products with 3 layers are designed to reduce the number of layers and increase freedom of movement.
