The Catinaccio includes a 100-gram Tyrolean Wool Responsive insulation throughout the garment inside the ripstop nylon fabric treated with a durable waterproof finish (DWR). This is how you get a warm, waterproof jacket that doesn't weigh much. Tirol Wool Responsive uses wool obtained from Tyrolean sheep, which live in high mountain conditions, and have a high content of lanolin (the natural waterproof wax that sheep have to keep water away from their skin). And the patented Responsive technology incorporates thermoreactive minerals that absorb infrared energy from the body and return it over time. to ensure greater performance and faster recovery. Catinaccio is the Ladino inspired name of the mountain range normally known as Rosengarten.

The front zipper with windproof flap prevents cold air from entering, and the soft, comfortable collar closes up to the chin for added protection.
