The Salewa Wildfire Edge GORE-TEX shoes are designed for light mountaineering and mixed terrain where precision climbing and comfortable walking are required. This shoe is equipped with Pomoca Speed MTN outsole with Pomoca Butyl compound that offers effective traction and grip on both wet and dry rock. The outsole is also equipped with aggressively reinforced toe climbing zones with increased traction in mud and soft ground. The Extra Shell structure ensures torsional stability, which together with the 3F system wraps the foot with precision, offering support, flexibility and a comfortable fit. A semi-rigid reinforcement plate is located in the sole and positioned in the forefoot to add directional stability under the toes.
