The monitor incorporates multiple pre-established training programs, among which are: Quick Start, Cardiac Pulse Control programs, Fat Burning programs, Aerobic program, Interval program, the Objectives program, the Performance program and the Random program. In addition, the user can monitor their evolution by selecting the Physical Test program option that the monitor incorporates.
