The Scarpa Gea Rs women's boots are the perfect blend of performance and functionality. The Gea Rs model uses a Grilamid shell with bi-injected carbon for added power and stiffness without adding weight. The Evo V Frame, which uses Grilamid Bio - a renewable and earth-friendly resource - also increases torsional stiffness while providing a 60-degree range of motion for long, efficient strides. The HRS strap keeps the heel planted where it needs to be for increased performance and comfort on the way up and down, while the Wave Closure lower closure system provides the same security as a 2-buckle system at a fraction of the weight. The glove-friendly finger strap features RECCO technology for increased search capability in the event of an avalanche.
