Scarpa Maestrale XT Boots Black Blue

The Scarpa Maestrale XT boots are freeride oriented, designed to provide hard charging performance. They use the same carbon-infused Grilamid bottom as the Maestrale RS model, but incorporate other features that provide a more traditional mountaineering-oriented feel and characteristics: a stiffer bi-injected overlapping cuff with a two-buckle closure system that has been reduced to improve responsiveness and increase skiing precision without losing agility when touring. The Zeppa XT footbed provides an additional 2 degrees of forward lean compared to the Maestrale RS, putting you in a more aggressive stance that increases power transmission to the skis. The lower Wave Closure system provides the same security as a 2-buckle system at a fraction of the weight, while the RECCO-enabled Booster Strap can be adjusted nicely to provide dynamic power transfer throughout the turn. Maestrale XT are ideal for expert backcountry skiers looking for high performance and prioritize downhill performance.
