Shake Etixx Full Training Shake chocolate 1000 g
The Etixx Full Training Shake is an easy and quick way to obtain energy support for training / competitions as well as providing the essential nutrients for recovery after exercise (carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals). It is easy to carry and quick to make, therefore it is ideal for athletes with little time. This shake should not be used as a replacement for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but it can be used as:
A snack - It is not easy for athletes to meet their demanding energy needs for their training programs and therefore this shake is a good / convenient way to add additional nutrients to the diet. It can be used during periods of reduced appetite, heavy training load or as a snack when there is a limited time between sessions in a day.
Pre-workout shake - This shake contains a high dose of carbohydrates and a high dose of protein and, therefore, is ideal for use as a pre-workout fuel for potency exercise sessions (intense interval training). When used in this situation, one should drink one hour before training.
As recovery after training - The carbohydrates and proteins in this shake make it ideal as a recuperator of our training sessions. Try to consume it within the first half hour of ending a session for optimal recovery.
Etixx Full Compex Shake can be combined with the consumption of an Etixx Energy Sport Bar to increase the carbohydrate content. It would be ideal to prepare the athletes for sessions of intense resistance.
Instructions for use:
As a snack: dissolve 50 g of powder in 500 ml of water / milk (4 tablespoons = 50 g of powder)
As a pre-workout shake: 20 min before training
