Inspired by the operation of the Fox shock absorbers, the small internal connection system between the positive and negative camera of the FLOAT system, allows automatic compensation of the suspension at all times, providing a perfect balance of operation. The system self-regulates, thus reducing the initial force needed to activate the fork, which translates into a suspension much more sensitive to small irregularities in the terrain. The curve of the system can be varied by internal spacers.
- RVS Rod valve system
The rod valve system (RVS, Rod Valve System) allows a more gradual transition of the cushioning between the absorption of small bumps and that of large impacts, which results in a faster response of the system, more control and more smoothness of operation.
- SLS Spring
Option of ultralight steel springs (SLS, Super Lightweight Steel) are lighter than titanium, and at the same time more affordable.
The exclusive FOX process of stress relaxation and surface treatment eliminates residual stresses that may remain in the spring, allowing it to withstand more intense forces. Each spring has been optimized using smaller diameter wire and a smaller number of windings, thus achieving a lighter spring.
- EVOL
The expanded volume pneumatic sleeve (EVOL, Extra Volume) considerably reduces the force required to start the shock absorber travel, which achieves greater sensitivity and better absorption of small bumps. The progressiveness of the damping curve can be adjusted by means of volume spacers, which allows cyclists to fine-tune the response of the pneumatic spring.
