The Sidi Alba 2 are shoes specially designed for road cycling. The durable polytex upper features strategic perforations to maintain ventilation and foot support while pedalling. The Millennium 4 sole, made of a mix of Nylon and carbon, offers an efficient transfer of power from the feet to the pedals. They feature a hybrid fastening system to give you a quality fit. On the upper part of the instep there is a practical and efficient Tecno 3 closure, which offers a millimetric fit, and is complemented by a double Velcro fastening.

Politex upper

Sidi's Alba shoes are made of Politex. Built from several superimposed layers with different physical-mechanical properties. The compact PVC is then matched with two different fabrics (knitted fabric + felt) which are dyed for greater colour retention. Politex offers great resistance to tearing, laceration, stretching and deterioration. It has been manufactured in strict compliance with European regulations and is a fully environmentally friendly product.

Tecno 3 Closure

Sidi's Tecno 3 system fits throughout the entire length of Sidi's Alba road shoe, adapting the upper to the shape of the foot for a custom fit. Sidi's famous replaceable and reliable closures have been improved by a new material called Sidi Wire. This material helps to make intuitive and effortless adjustments on the fly. Like most of Sidi's small parts, the Techno-3 Buckle is fully replaceable.

Heel Cup

The reinforced heel helps keep the foot in an optimal position and prevents the shoe from deforming due to excessive performance or prolonged pressure.

Millennium 4 Carbon Composite Outsole

The Millennium 4 Carbon Composite outsole, used in the Sidi Alba, features carbon fibre injected into a nylon matrix, providing greater rigidity than a standard nylon outsole shoe. This sole is more durable, completely water insulating and mechanically stable, meaning that it is less susceptible to changes in rigidity due to weather or changes in the temperature or humidity. An insertion of a non-slip toe and a replaceable polyurethane heel pad are incorporated into the shoe for increased walking performance. The Millennium 4 Carbon Composite sole uses a standard triple hole pattern for extensive compatibility with the best pedals available. Includes a painted sidewall and cleat alignment as well as the Look Memory Eyelet for ease of alignment and replacement.
