Sidi started manufacturing footwear for mountain sports in 1960, and by the 70s was specialising in the manufacture of cycling shoes. Throughout Sidi's history, Dino Signori, its founder, has combined his passion for cycling with decades of experience in the manufacture of innovative sports footwear. The logo emerged from the deep identification between the company and its founder, since it is the union of the initials of Dino and Signori. In 1974, the logo becomes the one we all know today with the addition of the vortex or whirlwind symbol that represents strength and movement. Over the years, the logo has been redesigned graphically to adapt it to new trends. The Sidi brand has become the market leader in cycling shoes and its technical staff are constantly focused on research and development to keep them at the forefront of design and the use of innovative materials.
