Functions:
- Sensitive screen: Double-tap the screen to quickly switch between training views. If iD.LIFE is in sleep mode it causes the backlight to be activated.
- Calculation of target zone: If you select one of the predefined target zones, it will be calculated based on your maximum heart rate (HRmax).
- Control of training: If you do not define your target area for training, iD.LIFE shows you your level of training based on your current heart rate.
- Zone indicator: If you have configured and defined a target heart rate, you can recognize, by means of a graphical zone indicator, how the current heart rate is with the defined zone.
- 12 month training statistics: You can see your monthly statistics of training and activities at any time.
- Daily goals: The daily goal is predefined for 10,000 steps a day. But in the configuration you can individually adjust your goal.
- Activity indicator: The activity indicator shows you graphically your progress in relation to your daily objective by means of a small figure.
- Calorie counter: During training you can see the calories you have burned since the beginning of it. Also, the activity detector shows you the calories consumed daily.
- Current speed / rhythm: The speed shown when you run, ie the race pace (min / km), is calculated based on the steps and the frequency of them.
- Distance: The distance is calculated based on the steps and their frequency. At a higher step frequency, a longer step length is assumed.
Technology:
- Vibration alarm: Through the vibration alarm, the iD.LIFE alerts you, for example, when you have reached a daily goal and also helps to better control your target heart rate.
- Measurement of daily activity: Uses an acceleration meter in 3D. By recognizing advanced defined movement models, you can recognize and record the steps.
- Backlight: The backlight provides optimal readability, even if the lighting conditions are poor. It is activated by simultaneously pressing the "+" and "-" keys.
- Battery life: The integrated lithium battery provides power for up to 18 days of operation. Using the supplied USB cable, the iD.LIFE battery is fully charged again in a very short time.

When we have proof of the payment, we will take care of changing the status of your order and start to prepare your items for delivery.
Delivery costs: The majority of our orders come with free delivery. Purchases over 49 euros in Spain have free delivery excluding products such as dumbbells, weights, MTB, BMX, urban, road and electric bikes. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Returns: We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase, you have up to 365 days to return it. You can manage this from the "My account" section and request a refund. For safety and/or hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been switched on and/or activated, food and nutrition products, reusable masks and climbing equipment.
