The compass comes with a scale card and distance lanyard. The scale card is great for calculating the avalanche risk and working out how difficult your trek will be. Using the scale, you can also work out how much extra distance the slope will result in. The distance lanyard has two scales on it; 1:25, and 1:50, which facilitates measuring the distance of your hike. It's soft and flexible which means it can be easily placed directly onto your map.
Expedition Global features DryFlex grip for easy handling, a clinometer for measuring slope angle and comes with a built-in adjuster for magnetic declination. It also features map-measuring in mm, inches, scales of 1:25k, 1:40k 1:50k and GPS scales. The baseplate has a curved-up back-end for a perfect fit in the hand, magnifying lens and rubber friction feet for precision map work. The distinct arrow and scales/markings in a clear contemporary font combined with lots of transparency in the baseplate makes navigating easier – when activated in light the luminous markings and graduation ring enable night time navigation. The red/black north south lines in the capsule bottom ensures easy and safe settling. The needle is made from finest Swedish steel with high quality magnetic features.

If we do not have the product in our warehouse, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. We will keep you updated on this information and work to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. When the product is not available we will give you the option to sign up to an alert to let you know when it is back in stock.
Payment method: You can pay by card, paypal or bank transfer. If you choose the last option, you will receive an email with our bank details for you to make the payment. When we have proof of the payment, we will take care of changing the status of your order and start to prepare your items for delivery.
Delivery costs: The majority of our orders come with free delivery. Purchases over 49 euros in Spain have free delivery excluding products such as dumbbells, weights, MTB, BMX, urban, road and electric bikes. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Returns: We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase, you have up to 365 days to return it. You can manage this from the "My account" section and request a refund. For safety and/or hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been switched on and/or activated, food and nutrition products, reusable masks and climbing equipment. Size changes: For products with size options, you can consult the size guide table in the product details, to help you choose the one that fits you best. If when you receive the order, you need a different size, you can change it free of charge (Spain). If the new size isn't available we will find you an alternative.
