- How to use: Dissolve a fizzy tablet in 500 ml of water. Once prepared consume within 24 hours. Do not consume more than 4 fizzy tablets per day. Consume 500 ml of the pre-workout, SIS Go Hydro Tablet 3-4 hours before a competition with a maximum of 250-500 ml half an hour before leaving for the competition. During a short workout, carbohydrate intake is not necessary. Instead, consume 500 ml of SIS GO Hydro Tablet per hour. If your intention is to combine hydration and energy intake, you can consume the SIS GO Hydro Tablet with any SIS GO Gel
