Rego Rapid Recovery Plus contains high quality whey protein concentrate, which has a complete amino acid profile to which we have added an additional 2 g of Leucine and 5 g of L-Glutamine to support muscle protein synthesis. Leucine is an amino acid that is known to activate signaling for muscle protein synthesis and L-Glutamine is known as one of the most abundant essential amino acids, with anti-catabolic and immune properties. The mixture of carbohydrates, proteins, L-glutamine and BCAA provides a recovery formula that can promote replenishment of muscle glycogen reserves, muscle protein synthesis, intestinal function and rehydration.
Carbohydrate is your muscles' main fuel for moderate to high intensity exercise. During training and competition, our bodies can absorb about 60-90 g of carbohydrates per hour, which means that the demand will exceed the energy supply. This deficit is met through the use of your glycogen reserves, which must be replenished after exercise so that you can perform well in your next session.

- Instructions for use: Consume 1 70g (3 heaping tablespoons) serving of Rego Rapid Recovery Plus 30 minutes after completing your hard training session. Mix with 500 ml of water, mixing it with milk will reduce the speed of absorption.
