This Life Fitness bike incorporates the Track Connect console, which connects with Android ? devices (devices with Android 4 software or higher) and Apple® (iPhone® 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPhone, iPod® Touch 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st generation, iPod Classic, iPod with video, iPod Nano of 6th, 5th, 4th and 3rd generation). It allows you to access custom routines, real-time tracking of routines and favorite third-party fitness apps with LFopen ?. It has the necessary tools to provide more enjoyable home routines that will allow you to reach your training goals with ease.
The Track Connect console monitors your heart rate and offers five cardio workouts controlled by chest strap and manual wireless sensors. In addition, it has a USB port that allows future software updates. With this console with LCD screen you can access the LFconnect application to track your results and access the custom trainings created on the LFconnect.com website, but it is also compatible with a variety of fitness applications that interact with the console Track Connect. The LFopen ? platform allows the console to evolve as more applications arise. The power consumption of the Track Connect console decreases significantly when the equipment is on but not in use.
