During prolonged low intensity resistance exercises / exercises, fats are an important source of fuel. When the intensity increases, glycogen is increasingly important. The longer an endurance athlete can use fat as an energy source, the longer it will take to deplete all glycogen stores. The fats are transported to the cells where they are used to generate energy through carnitine. Etixx Carnitine 1000 contains Niacin (Vitamin B3) to support the production of energy in the body. Etixx Carnitine 1000 also contains vitamin B6 that contributes to a normal energy metabolism and also helps with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Who should take Etixx Carnitine 1000? It will be suitable for endurance athletes who exercise at low and medium intensity (running, cycling, triathlon, etc.). Carnitine can also be used to improve muscle recovery after power training.
