The mask is reusable. The laboratory tests and trials to which it has been subjected have not identified any reason to temporarily limit its use for one day. However, it is recommended that, for reasons of comfort and hygiene, the mask should not be used for more than 4 hours at a time. Polygiene ViralOff technology will remain in the mask for 15 washes. However, it is not necessary to wash the mask every day, which prolongs its life up to 4 months (at a rate of one wash per week)

Polygiene ViralOff technology delivers 99% or greater viral reduction in two hours. Polygiene ViralOff stops viral activity by interacting with key proteins, inhibiting the infection of cells by the virus. The technology starts working from the first second the product is used with the treatment and eliminates 99% of viruses after 2 hours. A process that repeats itself as any virus adheres to the mask fabric.
- Polygiene
Polygiene permanently stops bacteria and fungus growth which causes bad odours. To achieve this, low concentrations of salt of silver (silver chloride), which has anti-microbe properties and is naturally present in water and soil, to work against the growth of bacteria and fungus. Permanent treatment is applied at the finishing stages in the textile process and laboratory and field tests have shown a level of odour control over a longer time than the life of the garment. This is achieved because the technology is permanently fixed and integrated into the fabric and does not disappear with washing.
