Usage:
The process is very easy, you only need two ultra-thin and very resistant heating elements, as well as the black adhesive outer coverings that are included in the kit. Therefore, you can give your templates a heating option and simply integrate them into any type of shoes and boots. In fact, the outer textile cover is designed to cover the top of each template and can be easily cut to the size of the existing template. The templates will provide constant heat for immediate well-being and an ideal temperature for your feet for up to 13 hours of heating! To do this, you must connect your heated templates to batteries compatible with this heating device. Only Therm-ic C-Pack batteries fit the heating element cables. Finally, equipped with Bluetooth function, they will allow you to manage your heat remotely through a smartphone (Thermic Heat Control application).

Product availability: The majority of our products are in stock in our warehouses, this is stated on the same page as "Product in stock. Delivery within 48 hours". In products with size options, this information will appear when you select the size you want. If we do not have the product in our warehouse, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. We will keep you updated on this information and work to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. When the product is not available we will give you the option to sign up to an alert to let you know when it is back in stock.
Payment method: You can pay by card, paypal or bank transfer. If you choose the last option, you will receive an email with our bank details for you to make the payment. When we have proof of the payment, we will take care of changing the status of your order and start to prepare your items for delivery.
Delivery costs: Shipping costs depend on the order’s country of destination. You will be able view the total amount to pay once you have selected the country we're shipping to.
Returns: We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase, you have up to 30 days to return it. You can manage this from the "My account" section and request a refund. For safety and/or hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been switched on and/or activated, food and nutrition products, reusable masks and climbing equipment. Size changes: For products with size options, you can consult the size guide table in the product details, to help you choose the one that fits you best. If when you receive the order, you need a different size, you can change it free of charge (Spain). If the new size isn't available we will find you an alternative.
